Meredith Puleio DuBoff
I’m the Director of Strategy at Ideaction Corps, working to advance the impact of the Corps by streamlining business processes and unlocking avenues for growth. Together, we’re part of something transformative—proving how collaboration, talent, creativity, and enterprise fuse together for effective social change. This is exactly where my heart meets hustle: my purpose is to help mission-driven organizations realize their potential.
I bring to the Corps a background in global health, social innovation, and corporate social responsibility, and have had the opportunity to work or collaborate with leading universities, research institutes, nonprofits, donors, consulting firms, Fortune 500s, and small businesses. My strengths are in strategy, new business development, project management, research design & analysis, and communications. I geek out over design thinking, taking a project from concept to completion, building talent in the social sector, organizing (anything), pinch hitting, and being surrounded by changemakers.
I have an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University. I relocated to Chicago in August 2013 from Washington, DC and plan to stay.
