SGA Youth and Family Services has a 100+ year record of documented success helping young people thrive. Our mission: help them clarify and energize their brand narrative to more effectively engage stakeholders.
Working with Bolster Mission Consulting, SGA had effectively taken a deep dive into their programming and impact to clarify their value. Now we needed to express that value in a compelling way that reached hearts, not just heads. Ideaction worked with Bolster Mission to understand the impact data and the content in which SGA did their work. We met with leadership to pinpoint SGA’s key stakeholders. And then we met with SGA staff doing the work to listen to their stories and find the points of inspiration, the parts of their narrative that made their eyes light up.
Understanding the context, the audience, the facts AND the inspirational connection points, we crafted a solid positioning platform, refining their vision, their mission, their value proposition, their positioning statement and key messages to build a solid and compelling brand narrative.
